  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our client interaction and data management processes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members across departments to streamline client services and ensure a seamless client experience.

Social Media Manager - Digital King

This is a full-time on-site role as a social media manager at Digital King. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and executing social media marketing campaigns, developing and implementing communication strategies, creating content strategies, and optimizing social media presence. The Social Media Manager will also be responsible for writing engaging and compelling content. Must be willing to travel within 2 hours from our offices to create content at our client's locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Campaigns: Plan and implement comprehensive social media marketing campaigns that align with company goals and enhance brand visibility.
  • Content Creation and Management: Craft engaging content across multiple social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and aesthetics. Regularly monitor and adjust content based on performance analytics.
  • Strategy Development: Create and execute strategic communication plans to effectively reach target audiences and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and cultivate a growing community of brand advocates.
  • Content Scheduling: Utilize scheduling tools to plan and maintain a consistent flow of content across different time zones and peak user activity times.
  • Travel for Content Creation: Willingly travel to client locations within a 2-hour radius from the office to capture and generate relevant content.
  • Reporting: Compile regular reports detailing campaign performance, insights gained from social media monitoring, and adjustments made to strategies.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies, applying best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.


Qualifications:
  • Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing content strategies
  • Ability to create engaging written content
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in social media marketing
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
