SenseiAds is an AI-powered Google Ads negative keyword manager. Upload your search terms report, get an AI-classified breakdown of wasteful queries vs. buyer-intent queries grouped into themes, and export a Google Ads Editor compatible negative keyword list ready to paste into your campaigns. Built by the Digital King team for our own paid-search engagements where weekly search-terms cleanup is the difference between profitable and wasteful ad spend.
SenseiAds is an AI-powered Google Ads negative keyword manager. Operators upload a Google Ads search-terms report CSV, the application reads the user's written business context and uses an LLM to classify each search term as either a NEGATIVE (waste, should be excluded) or POSITIVE (real buyer intent, should be kept or expanded), grouped into a small set of themes. The reviewed list exports as a Google Ads Editor compatible negative keyword block, ready to paste into campaigns.
Every Google Ads campaign generates a search-terms report. Every operator knows they should review it weekly. Almost no one does because each review is hours of scrolling, deciding, and copy-pasting into negative lists, and the workflow does not survive a busy week.
We were running multi-account engagements where the search-terms work was eating an entire person-day per week. So we built SenseiAds. Upload the CSV. The model reads your business context first, then classifies every term as waste or buyer intent, grouped into themes, with reasons. Review the suggestions, accept or reject them, export the negatives, paste into Editor, ship.
No setup beyond the business-context paragraph. The whole pipeline is the one workflow below.
A short paragraph describing what you sell, who buys it, and what kinds of search intent are valuable vs wasteful. The AI uses this on every analysis.
Export from Google Ads ("Insights and reports → Search terms"), drop the CSV in. The app parses every term and pushes it into the analysis pipeline.
Server-Sent Events stream the analysis live. Each term lands as NEGATIVE or POSITIVE, grouped by theme, with a one-line reason.
One-click accept or reject. Override the AI on any term. The corrections refine future analyses for that account.
Copy the formatted negative-keyword block, paste it into Editor, push to your campaigns. Done.
Drop in a Google Ads search-terms report. Multi-account support, per-account dashboards, weekly review cadence built into the workflow.
Every search term is classified as NEGATIVE (waste, exclude) or POSITIVE (real buyer intent, keep or expand) by an LLM that reads your written business context first.
Suggestions are grouped into a small set of themes (e.g. competitor terms, free-intent searchers, irrelevant audiences) so review is fast and decision fatigue is low.
Review every suggestion with one-click accept or reject. Override the AI when it gets a term wrong; it learns from your corrections per account.
Final negative keyword list exports as a Google Ads Editor compatible block. Paste directly into your campaigns, no manual reformatting.
Monthly subscription with term quotas plus optional top-ups. Pricing scales with the number of search terms you process rather than the size of your team.
Stop spending Friday afternoon scrolling search-terms reports. Upload, review the AI-classified output, paste the negatives into Editor.
Run multiple accounts through a single workflow. Per-account contexts, term quotas across the workspace, weekly review cadence built in.
You are running your own Google Ads. You know what waste looks like. Let an LLM that reads your business description do the first-pass triage so you can focus on creative and bidding.
If you spend any meaningful time in Google Ads search-terms reports, one of these is probably you.
You manage a roster of paid search accounts and each one needs weekly search-terms hygiene to prevent budget waste. Manual review of every search-terms report account-by-account is the workflow that gets dropped first when the team gets busy. SenseiAds is built for that exact review, with the AI doing the first-pass classification using your written business context so the review fits inside a normal weekly rhythm.
You're scaling an agency and the team can't keep up with negative-keyword reviews across the book of business. SenseiAds gives junior team members a workflow they can run with senior oversight, and frees senior operators to focus on bidding strategy and creative.
You own paid search at a single brand. Your CFO asks why ad spend is up but new orders are flat. The answer is usually hiding in the search-terms report. SenseiAds surfaces the wasteful queries clearly, groups them by theme, and exports a Google Ads Editor compatible block so you can ship the cleanup without leaving the workflow.
You take over a Google Ads account and need to demonstrate value in week one. Run the search-terms report through SenseiAds, ship a clean negative-keyword list as the first deliverable, and earn the trust to do the bigger structural work. The search-terms cleanup is the part of the audit that travels best as a same-day artifact.
Negative-keyword management is not a new category. Here's the honest read on where SenseiAds fits and where it doesn't.
Optmyzr is a heavyweight PPC management suite with negative-keyword features as part of a broader platform. SenseiAds is narrower and faster for the specific search-terms-cleanup workflow, with no platform commitment beyond the monthly subscription.
The Google Ads UI lets you review search terms one at a time. It works but it does not scale past one or two accounts. SenseiAds runs the same review through an LLM that has your business context, so the first-pass triage is done before you start clicking.
You can paste a search-terms list into a chat interface and ask for negatives. It works for one campaign. SenseiAds bakes the workflow into a real product: per-account business context, themed groupings, accept/reject UI, account history, and a Google Ads Editor compatible export.
SenseiAds keeps your Google Ads spend clean by stripping wasteful queries on the keyword side. Trakl keeps your attribution clean by making sure every link from email, organic, and paid social arrives at your site with proper UTM tagging. Together they cover both sides of the paid-search loop. Both tools are built and maintained by the Digital King team.
See TraklIf you hire us for any of the services below, the weekly negative-keyword hygiene happens through SenseiAds. Same workflow, same standards.
Weekly negative-keyword hygiene is part of every Google Ads engagement we run. SenseiAds is the tool we use to keep the review consistent across every account in the book.
For accounts spending serious money on Google search, the negative-keyword list is the difference between profitable and wasteful. SenseiAds keeps it clean.
When we audit a Google Ads account, the search-terms report is one of the first places we look. SenseiAds turns that audit step into a same-session deliverable.
SenseiAds is a Google Ads negative-keyword manager. You upload your Google Ads search-terms report as a CSV, write a short business-context paragraph describing what you sell and who buys it, and the application classifies every term in the report as either a negative (should be excluded from your campaigns) or a positive (real buyer intent, should be kept or expanded). The output exports as a Google Ads Editor compatible block, ready to paste.
SenseiAds is built and maintained by the Digital King team. The product started as an internal workflow we used on our own paid-search engagements where weekly negative-keyword review was eating an entire person-day. We rebuilt it as a standalone SaaS so other operators could run the same workflow.
Optmyzr and similar suites are platform plays that bundle bidding, scripts, and reporting alongside negative-keyword management. SenseiAds is narrower by design: it focuses on the search-terms cleanup workflow specifically, runs faster for that one task, and does not require a platform-level commitment. If you want a full PPC suite, the suites are good. If you want sharp tooling for the specific weekly hygiene problem, SenseiAds is built for that.
Currently SenseiAds is built around the Google Ads search-terms report format and exports a Google Ads Editor compatible block. Microsoft Ads support is on the roadmap. The classification engine itself is platform-agnostic; the connectors and export formats are what would expand.
Search terms are processed in-session for the analysis. They are not retained for model training and are not shared with third parties beyond the LLM provider that runs the classification (which itself does not retain inputs for training under our enterprise terms). Account-level usage is logged for billing purposes only.
Accuracy depends heavily on the quality of your business-context paragraph. A specific paragraph that names your category, your audience, your offer, and the kinds of intent you do and do not want produces materially better classifications than a generic one. The accept/reject review UI is part of the product because no AI gets every term right; the goal is to compress review time while keeping human judgment in the loop.
